QS have named London as the Best Student City in the World following the publication of their Best Student Cities ranking.
London topped the poll for the first time ever, which surveyed over 50,000 students about their experience of the city and if they would like to remain there after graduation. QS also factored in six key indicators - rankings, student mix, desirability, employer activity, affordability and student view - when compiling the table.
London has a student population of over 40,000 and is home to around 40 institutes of higher education, including Birkbeck, Brunel, City, King's College London, Kingston, London Met, London South Bank, Queen Margaret, Regent's, Richmond, Roehampton, Royal Holloway, SOAS, St Mary's, Surrey, Westminster and West London, who will all be at the UK University Fair on June 2nd.
