Aberystwyth University was founded in 1872 and was the first university in Wales. Aberystwyth University has a long-standing reputation for delivering academic excellence, an exceptional student experience and world-leading research. Aberystwyth has one of the largest graduate schools for international relations in the world. The Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences is a world-class research and education centre researching issues including sustainable land use, climate change and the security of food and water supplies. The University performed well in recent National Student Surveys, with Greenwich staff and its courses receiving high marks. Aston University is a campus-based institution located in the heart of Birmingham, the UK’s second-largest city. Established in 1895, Aston received its Royal Charter in 1966 from Queen Elizabeth II, officially becoming a university. Oxford International Education Group was founded in 1991 and currently provides language education, academic preparation and education study tours to international students.

Oxford International provides pathways to higher education through an exciting range of international integrated undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. In collaboration with our university partners we establish on-campus, Embedded Colleges, where students study the first stage of an integrated Bachelors degree over three or four years. At postgraduate level we offer integrated Masters programmes that combine specialist learning with additional English language and academic support.

Loughborough University, located in Leicestershire, is approximately 90 minutes north of London by train. Established as a university in 1966, it currently has over 19,000 students enrolled, representing more than 130 countries. Loughborough consistently ranks among the top 10 universities in the UK and is renowned for its outstanding student experience. It has twice been named University of the Year by The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, in 2008 and 2019.

Loughborough is widely regarded as the leading university for sport in the UK. It has been named Sports University of the Year several times by The Times Good University Guide and has an unparalleled record of sporting achievement, both in terms of student performance and research in the field of sport and exercise.

The University of Salford has a long history of working with the industry to get graduates career-ready. It was founded in 1850, before being awarded full university status in 1967. Currently, there are 25,000 students, including 4,500 international students, enrolled across three campuses.

All of Salford's courses are informed by the industry and offer opportunities to gain real-world experience by doing placements, live projects, field trips and hearing from guest speakers. Many of their courses are accredited by top industry bodies. Students can seek out career guidance and advice from the university’s Careers and Enterprise team, which offers free support to students for life.

The university is the only institution to have a campus in MediaCity, a creative media hub, home to pioneering media start-ups and industry titans such as the BBC and ITV. Students studying at MediaCity have the opportunity to learn with industry-standard equipment, hear from expert guest speakers and collaborate with the sector.

The University of Gloucestershire comprises three campuses across Cheltenham and Gloucester and was awarded university status in 2001 following the merger of numerous institutions. 9,200 students are currently enrolled from over 60 different countries.

Solent University has been a university since 2005, incorporated as an independent higher education institution in 1989, the University's origins can be traced back to a private School of Art founded in 1856. Mergers between Southampton College of Art, the College of Technology and the College of Nautical Studies at Warsash laid the foundations for what is now Solent University.

Solent currently has around 11,000 students from 100 countries enrolled and has a strong reputation for ‘non-traditional’ subjects, offering courses in computer and video game design, comedy writing and performance and yacht and power craft design.

Maritime subjects make up the University’s biggest programmes, with an internationally recognised training and research facility for shipping and offshore oil industries part of the main campus. It is also one of the best University yachting institutions and the student team has won the national yachting championships four times in the last six years.
